
When to Use Workspace Access
Use Workspace Access when:- Different branches carry different inventory items.
- A supplier item should be limited to one location.
- A prepared item is only produced in selected branches.
- You want reports and stock actions to stay location-specific.
Update Access
- Open
Inventory. - Go to
Items. - Open the item settings page.
- Find
Workspace Access. - Open the access settings.
- Select the workspaces that should use the item.
- Save the change.
