Before Relying On An Integration

After connecting an integration, place a small test order or run the relevant test flow before relying on it in live service. Confirm:
  • The integration is connected to the right account.
  • Payment or destination settings are correct.
  • Orders still appear in Retail.
  • Staff know what changes after the integration is enabled.
If an integration affects payment, compare the test order with transactions and payment reports.
