Inventory Levels shows the current stock position for each item. Use it when you need to decide what to count, produce, adjust, or order. Inventory levels report

What to Look For

Check the status label first:
  • Out of Stock means the item has no current stock.
  • Low Stock means the item is below its minimum level.
Then compare current stock to the minimum level.

Search Items

Use the search field to find an item by name or SKU. This is useful when the item list is long and you only need to check one product or ingredient.

Refresh the Report

Use the refresh button after receiving stock, submitting a count, submitting production, or submitting an adjustment.

What Changes This Report

Inventory Levels can change after:
  1. A purchase is received.
  2. An inventory count is submitted.
  3. A production record is submitted.
  4. A quantity adjustment is submitted.
  5. Connected consumption is recorded.
