Partners App Is Not Visible
If you do not see Partners, your role or workspace may not have access to it. Ask a workspace admin to check that Partners is enabled and that your role can open it.Dashboard Looks Empty
An empty dashboard usually means there are no partner workspaces yet, or the existing workspaces are missing subscription details. Create or open a workspace and check the subscription plan, amount, status, start date, and end date.Workspace Is Missing From Renewals
Open the workspace and check the subscription end date. Renewal cards use subscription dates, so a workspace without a renewal date may appear under billing setup gaps instead.App Is Missing From Workspace Setup
Only partner-assignable apps appear in the workspace app cards. If an app is not shown, it may not be assignable from Partners yet, or it may be controlled from another setup area.Slug Is Already Used
Choose a different workspace slug. Slugs need to be unique because they become part of the workspace identity.Password Confirmation Fails
Re-enter your own password carefully. For account deletion, Plato may also ask for the account user’s password. If you do not have the required password, use a safer action such as deactivating the account, or ask an admin for the correct process.Cannot Add A Member
Make sure the account already exists in Partners. If the account does not exist yet, create it from Create An Account, then return to the workspace and add it fromManage Members.
Limits Are Too Low
Open the workspace, clickEdit Workspace, and update the relevant resource limit.
After saving, ask the customer to refresh the app they were using.
Wallet Balance Looks Wrong
OpenTransactions History for the wallet.
Review the latest credits, debits, refunds, and adjustments. If a transaction was entered with the wrong type, add a correcting transaction with a clear reason.
