The Accounts page lists the customer accounts connected to partner-owned workspaces. Use it when you need to find a customer login, open their details, update their information, connect them to workspaces, reset their password, or remove an account. Partners accounts list

Search Accounts

Use the search field when the partner has many accounts. You can search by account name, username, or email. The list updates to show matching accounts.

Refresh

Use the refresh button when another teammate just created, edited, or deleted an account and you need the newest list.

Create Account

Use Create Account when the customer needs a new login. Go to Create An Account for the full flow. Created account row

Open Account Details

Click an account row, or choose View Details from the row actions menu. The details drawer shows the account name, email, verification state, current status, and connected workspaces.

Every account row can expose these actions when your role allows them:
  • View Details opens the account profile drawer.
  • Edit Account lets you update the name, email, username, and workspace access.
  • Reset Password lets you set or generate a new password.
  • Delete Account removes the account after password confirmation.

Status

The status control lets you mark an account as active or inactive. Use inactive when the customer account should not be used for now, but you are not ready to delete it.

Pagination

Use the page controls at the bottom when there are more accounts than the current page can show. The page-size menu controls how many accounts appear at once.
