Main Areas

The Connect360 sidebar is organized around customer engagement work:
  • Dashboard gives a quick view of chats, channels, workflows, wallet usage, and new customers.
  • Chats is the shared inbox for customer and team conversations.
  • Customers opens the shared customer list.
  • Campaigns sends a template, workflow, or both to selected customers.
  • Templates stores reusable message content.
  • Workflows opens automation rules and execution history.
  • AI Agents manages the agents used by auto-reply routing.
  • Links creates and tracks short links for campaigns.
  • Reports contains chat analytics, customer distribution, campaign insights, template insights, link analytics, and link events.
  • Settings contains chat defaults, tags, channels, and wallets.
Before using Connect360 with customers, check these in order:
  1. Confirm the workspace has Connect360 access in Console roles.
  2. Connect at least one messaging channel.
  3. Confirm a messaging wallet exists and has enough balance.
  4. Create the first template.
  5. Create or import customer records.
  6. Send a test conversation or campaign to a safe customer profile.

When To Use Another Plato Area

Use Console when you are changing workspace-wide access, domains, members, roles, API keys, or workspace settings. Use Restaurant when you are changing menu products, orders, transactions, tables, reservations, or restaurant reports. Connect360 can reference those records, but the source setup lives in Restaurant.
