Add Entry button CMS entry form Create entries from a CMS table’s entry list. The entry form is generated from the fields in the table schema.

Add An Entry

  1. Open CMS.
  2. Open the table.
  3. Click Add Entry.
  4. Fill the visible fields.
  5. Click Create Entry.
If the table has no fields, open Edit Schema first and add fields.

Edit An Entry

  1. Open the table.
  2. Open the row menu.
  3. Click Edit Entry.
  4. Update the values.
  5. Click Save Changes.
You can also select one row and use the bulk actions menu to edit it.

Localized Fields

When a table has localized fields, the entry form shows language tabs. Fill the content for each required language before publishing or using the entry in a public experience.

Conditional Fields

Some fields may appear only after another field is filled or changed. If a field is missing from the form, check the table schema conditions.

Files And Images

File and image fields use Plato Drive. Choose an existing asset or upload a new one, then save the entry. For multiple-file fields, add each asset in the order editors or customers should see it.

Relations

Relation fields show a searchable picker. If a related entry is missing, confirm the related table has entries and the relation field points to the correct table.
