Open Retail from the Plato Console when you want to manage store operations, products, catalogs, reports, customers, promo codes, or POS devices. Open the Retail app from Console

Main Areas

The Retail sidebar is grouped around daily work:
  • Dashboard gives a quick view of today’s sales, orders, payments, best sellers, discounts, voids, and staff activity.
  • Orders is where staff review and create retail orders.
  • Order Management opens the shared order management workspace.
  • Transactions shows retail payments, refunds, and manual transaction records.
  • Engagement contains customers and promo codes.
  • Catalog Management contains catalogs, categories, products, and modifiers.
  • Reports contains sales, payment, catalog performance, discount, expense, void, employee, and session reports.
  • Settings contains general settings, devices, discounts, charges, payment methods, reasons, and delivery zones.

Catalog Editor

When you open a specific catalog, the sidebar changes. That editor has its own pages:
  • Builder controls what appears in the public catalog.
  • General controls catalog name, type, price visibility, URL, and deletion.
  • Language controls default and additional catalog languages.
  • Ordering controls checkout options, customer fields, payment behavior, and operating hours.
  • Theme controls colors, fonts, styling, and welcome page.
  • Integrations connects the catalog with supported Plato tools and payment integrations.
  • Feedback Form controls customer feedback collection.
  • Public URL opens the customer-facing catalog.

A Good Setup Path

Set up the catalog and store settings before taking live orders. A clean product list, correct payment methods, clear order types, and tested devices make checkout much easier for staff.
