Use The Right Status

Use the status that matches the guest:
  • Pending reservations need review.
  • Confirmed reservations are expected.
  • Checked-in reservations have arrived.
  • Cancelled or rejected reservations should not be seated.
  • No-show reservations did not arrive.

Review During Service

Check bookings before each service period and again during arrivals. This helps the team spot late guests, empty tables, and bookings that still need confirmation.
