Create a reservation when a guest calls, messages, or needs help booking manually. Create reservation form

Open The Form

From Reservation Bookings, click Create Reservation.

Add The Booking Details

Choose:
  1. Customer.
  2. Number of guests.
  3. Reservation slot.
  4. Date.
  5. Time.
  6. Notes, if the host team needs them.
Use notes for service details, not private commentary.

Save And Confirm

After saving, review the booking status. If your team confirms reservations manually, confirm the booking once the table is available.
