Add every device that your restaurant will use during service. Device form

Open Device Management

From Device Management, click Add Device.

Choose The Device Type

Choose the type that matches the physical device:
  • POS.
  • KDS.
  • Printer.
  • Display Screen.
  • Plato Mesh.

Name The Device

Use a name the team recognizes. Good examples are Main Cashier, Kitchen KDS, Bar Printer, and Pickup Display.

Save And Continue Setup

After saving, open the device again to configure the settings that apply to that device type.
