Test The Code

Create a test order and apply the code. Check:
  1. The code is accepted.
  2. The discount amount is correct.
  3. The order total looks right.
  4. Staff can explain the offer if a customer asks.

Publish The Code

After testing, change the status to published. Tell the team the exact code, offer, and start date so everyone gives customers the same answer.

End Or Replace A Campaign

When the campaign is finished, switch the code out of published status. Create a new code for the next offer instead of editing an old one in a way that could confuse reports.
