Use this page when something in the root Console does not behave the way you expect.

App Card Is Missing

Try this:
  • You are in the correct workspace.
  • The app is included in your workspace plan.
  • Your role is allowed to open that app.
  • The page was refreshed after an access or plan change.
App cards are shown based on your workspace plan and your role.

Invite Cannot Be Sent

Try this:
  • The email address is valid.
  • A role is selected.
  • The user is not already a member.
  • The email has not already been invited.
  • The selected role still exists in the workspace.
Email invitations are valid for 14 days.

Teammate Cannot See A Page

Check their assigned roles. The Console hides pages and actions when a role does not allow them. Common fixes:
  • Missing app card: give the teammate access to that app.
  • Cannot invite members: give the teammate member-management access.
  • Cannot create API keys: give the teammate access to manage API keys.
  • Cannot verify domains: give the teammate access to manage domains.

API Key Was Lost

The full API key is only shown once after creation. If it was not copied, delete the key and create a new one.

Domain Is Pending

Try this:
  • DNS record type matches the Console instructions.
  • DNS record name matches exactly.
  • DNS record value matches exactly.
  • Conflicting records were removed.
  • Enough time has passed for DNS propagation.
Propagation may take up to 12 hours.

Configuration Changes Are Not Visible

Try this:
  • Confirm Save Changes completed.
  • Refresh the app page using the configuration.
  • Check whether the app has its own override setting.
  • Confirm you edited the correct workspace.
Configuration is workspace-wide and can affect multiple apps.

No Audit Logs Appear

Check:
  • The selected date has activity.
  • Your role allows you to view audit logs.
  • You are not on an empty page of results.
  • Reload the selected date.

Verify Email Warning Appears

Some screens may show an email verification warning until the account email is verified. Verify the account email to remove the warning and unlock any flows that require verified ownership.
