From Reasons, click New Reason.

Use Clear Names

Use names staff can choose quickly during service. Good examples:
  • Customer changed mind.
  • Item out of stock.
  • Kitchen error.
  • Duplicate order.
  • Incorrect order entry.

Review Reasons Over Time

If staff keep choosing the wrong reason, simplify the list.
