Check:
  • Stripe is connected correctly.
  • Payment methods are configured.
  • Ordering settings allow online payment.
  • A test checkout works from the public menu.

Keep A Backup Flow

If the restaurant also accepts cash or card on-site, configure those options in ordering settings so staff can still serve customers when online payment is not used.
