Reset Or Reconfigure Wi-Fi

Use the printed setup sheet first. For many TM-m30III Wi-Fi flows, the printer can print SimpleAP or QR setup instructions and then print a network status sheet after setup. If reset is needed:
  1. Run the self-test.
  2. Enter mode selection by holding Feed for at least one second when prompted.
  3. Use the printed menu to enter restore defaults or interface setup.
  4. Choose Wi-Fi/Ethernet initialize only when you are ready to configure the network again.
  5. Print a new status sheet after reset.

Configure In Plato

  1. Add a Printer device.
  2. Set Connection Config to Network.
  3. Enter the printed IP address.
  4. Enter the printed port, usually 9100.
  5. Configure the printer template.
  6. Connect the printer to the correct POS.
