What Staff Review

Use Transactions to check:
  • Cash payments.
  • Card payments recorded from the terminal.
  • Split-payment entries.
  • Refund actions.
  • Cancel actions when available.
  • Tender, change, tips, and totals.
For deeper reporting, use Restaurant reports after service.

When It Is Hidden

If Transactions is not visible, check the POS device config. The device may be set up for order creation only, not payment handling.
