Add Or Select The Customer

Enter the customer name, phone, and address details. If the customer already has an active order, review it before creating a duplicate.

Create The Order

Continue into the order, add items, confirm notes, and check the delivery information. If the call center handles multiple branches, make sure the correct branch is selected before sending.

Send The Order

Send the order when the details are ready. The order should then move to the branch, KDS, or restaurant order flow configured for your setup.
