Create a POS device, then open Config. Enable Is Call Center. POS config top For a call center station, review:
  1. Is Call Center.
  2. Request External ID.
  3. Order types.
  4. Online orders.
  5. Payment-related actions.
  6. Branch access and connected devices.

Payment Behavior

Many call centers do not take payment directly. If that matches your process, disable payment-related actions so the call center focuses on creating and sending orders.

External Order IDs

Enable Request External ID when staff need to enter Talabat, Careem, Deliveroo, or other aggregator references.
