KDS Does Not Show Items

Check:
  1. The KDS is online.
  2. The KDS is connected to the right POS.
  3. The KDS category filter includes the product category.
  4. The KDS order type filter includes the order type.
  5. The POS is sending KDS tickets.

Printer Does Not Print

Check:
  1. The printer is connected to the POS.
  2. The connection method is correct.
  3. The printer template has the right print job enabled.
  4. The printer is online or reachable.
  5. The POS has a receipt printer when printing reports.

Wrong Station Receives Tickets

Review printer categories, printer order types, KDS categories, and KDS order types. Most routing issues come from a device receiving too many categories or not enough filtering.
