# Kampanya Oluştur

> Şablon gönderen, iş akışı başlatan veya her ikisini birden gerçekleştiren bir Connect360 kampanyası oluşturun.

Kampanyalar seçilen müşterilere giden mesajlar için kullanılır.

## Kampanya Formunu Aç

1. `Connect360`'yi açın.
2. `Campaigns`'ye gidin.
3. `Create Campaign`'ye tıklayın.

## Kampanya Detaylarını Doldurun

Anlaşılır bir kampanya adı ve açıklaması ekleyin. Mesajı göndermesi gereken kanalı seçin.

Kampanya bir sezona, kitleye veya teklif grubuna ait olduğunda kampanya etiketlerini kullanın.

## Kampanyanın Ne Yapacağını Seçin

Bir kampanya bir şablon gönderebilir, bir iş akışı başlatabilir veya her ikisini birden yapabilir.
