Use import when adding or updating many products would take too long one by one. ## Before Importing Before importing: 1. Download or prepare the expected template. 2. Keep product names, categories, and prices consistent. 3. Avoid editing system IDs unless you know why they are needed. 4. Import a small sample first when the file is new. 5. Review the product list after import. ## Export First When Updating Export products when you need a spreadsheet backup, a quick review file, or a starting point for bulk edits. Check the exported file before sharing it outside the team. Product files can include names, descriptions, images, categories, prices, and internal identifiers. Import products
