# Manage Reservation Customers

> Search or add customers used by reservation bookings.

Reservation customers are managed separately from the Restaurant customer list.

## Search First

Before adding someone new, search the existing reservation customers.

This helps avoid duplicate guest profiles.

## Add A Reservation Customer

Create a customer when the guest is not already in the list.

Use accurate contact details so the team can confirm or follow up about the booking.
