Booking status helps the host team understand what needs attention. Reservation bookings ## Use The Right Status Use the status that matches the guest: * Pending reservations need review. * Confirmed reservations are expected. * Checked-in reservations have arrived. * Cancelled or rejected reservations should not be seated. * No-show reservations did not arrive. ## Review During Service Check bookings before each service period and again during arrivals. This helps the team spot late guests, empty tables, and bookings that still need confirmation.
