# Before Going Live With Reservations

> Check the setup before customers can book online.

Before enabling online reservations, check the setup from the guest's point of view and the staff's point of view.

## Check The Restaurant Setup

Confirm:

1. Areas are ready.
2. Tables or slots have correct seat counts.
3. Availability is turned on where needed.
4. Reservation times match the real operating schedule.

## Check The Online Experience

Open the public menu or booking flow and make a test booking.

Confirm the available times, party size, and confirmation behavior look right.

## Prepare The Team

Make sure staff know how to confirm, reject, check in, and mark no-shows.
