# Set Void Reasons And Order Types

> Choose POS order types and the reasons staff can use.

These settings help staff create the right order types and explain why something was removed.

## Choose Order Types

Enable only the order types the location actually supports.

For example, do not enable delivery on a POS that should only handle dine-in service.

## Choose Void Reasons

Use clear reasons staff can choose quickly during service.

Clear reasons make void reports easier for managers to review later.
