# Find Orders

> Search and filter orders without losing the flow of service.

Use the Orders page when you need to find a live order, review what happened earlier, or answer a customer question.

## Start With The Simple Search

Search by the detail the team already has: order reference, customer name, phone number, or another visible order detail.

If the list is still too busy, narrow it with filters.

## Use Filters When Service Gets Busy

The useful filters are:

1. Date.
2. Member.
3. Device.
4. Source.
5. Customer.

Use one or two filters at a time. Too many filters can hide the order you are looking for.

## Open The Order

Once you find the order, open it and check the important details before taking action:

* Order type.
* Status.
* Payment status.
* Total.
* Customer details.
* Created time.

If something does not look right, review the order before changing the status.
