# Nutrition Info

> Show calories and nutrition facts on a product.

Nutrition Info is optional. Use it when you have reliable nutrition details and want customers to see them.

## Turn Visibility On

Use the visibility switch when the nutrition information is ready to show.

Leave it off while values are incomplete.

## Add The Main Values

Start with the information customers care about most:

* Serving size.
* Calories.
* Total fat.
* Carbs.
* Protein.
* Sodium.

Add more fields when your menu or regulation needs them.
