# Attach Modifiers

> Connect modifier groups to a product.

Use the product Modifiers tab when customers need choices or add-ons for that item.

## Before You Start

Create the modifier group first from [Modifiers](/restaurant/menu-management/modifiers).

Examples:

* Sauce choice.
* Add cheese.
* Spice level.
* Side dish.
* Milk option.

## Attach The Group

1. Open the product.
2. Go to `Modifiers`.
3. Add the modifier group.
4. Save the product.

Open the public product page to confirm the options are easy to understand.
