Customer fields decide what information customers provide before placing an order.

## Keep Forms Short

Ask for the information staff actually need.

Useful fields might include:

* Name.
* Phone number.
* Email address.
* Delivery address.
* Building or apartment details.
* Special instructions.

## Configure By Order Type

Review customer fields separately for dine-in, delivery, and pick-up.

Delivery usually needs more information than dine-in.
