# Wallets And Balance

> Review messaging wallet status before sending Connect360 messages.

Wallets track messaging balance and transaction history.

## Review Wallets

Open `Settings` > `Wallets`.

Check wallet status before launching campaigns or automation that sends paid messages.

## Check Transactions

Use transaction history to understand recent debits, credits, and balance changes.

If usage looks higher than expected, compare transactions with campaign and template reports.

## Before A Large Send

Before a campaign:

1. Estimate recipient count.
2. Confirm the selected channel cost.
3. Check wallet balance.
4. Review recent transactions.
5. Send a small test first when possible.
